Youtube.com has blocked illegally uploaded video footage containing private life secret as a result of cooperation with the officers of relevant units under the State Security Service of Georgia. The activities are underway to reveal the person who had uploaded the abovementioned video in the internet. The State Security Service of Georgia calls on the citizens, as well as the media to refrain from replication of the video.
Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia has started the investigation on the fact of illegal use of personal or family secret (article 157, part II) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
