Agreement between Georgia and Republic of Belarus on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of the Classified Information was signed

Head of the State Security Service of Georgia Vakhtang Gomelauri and Chairman of the State Security Committee of Republic of Belarus Valery Vakulchik signed an Agreement between Georgia and Republic of Belarus on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of the Classified Information.
Signature of this Agreement aims to establish legal norms regulating mutual protection of the classified information exchanged and created in the process of cooperation between the parties. This Agreement will create solid legal basis for the exchange of classified information in the fields of security, law enforcement, as well as foreign relations and other spheres, between the two countries.
The agreement was signed in the scope of the official visit of the head of the State Security Service to the Republic of Belarus.
