Deputy Head of the State Security Service of Georgia Levan Izoria held an official meeting with representatives from Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) 

Deputy Head of the State Security Service of Georgia Levan Izoria met with the Co-rapporteurs on Georgian issues from Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Boriss Cilevics and Kerstin Lundgren, as well as deputy head of Councul of Europe parliamentary Assembly Secretariat Bass Klein and Head of Council of Europe office in Georgia Cristian Urse. 

Within the meeting, parties discussed implemented reforms in State Security field in Georgia as well as recent developments on the occupied Georgian territories. 

The visit of representatives from Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is aimed at monitoring of current situation in Georgia and situational analysis. In the framework of the visit, meetings are also planned with high-ranking officials from legislative as well as executive government and representatives of civil society.
