The officers of Anti-corruption Agency under State Security Service of Georgia, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, detained head of hospital care department Ada S. under Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction for commercial bribe.

Investigation established, that Ada S. promised her acquaintance to settle every issue and include in substitutive drug and medical surveillance program in the shortest period of time and in return demanded certain amount of money. Ada S. demanded and got 500 GEL from the acquaintance of hers.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of commercial bribe. (Article 221, part IV, subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
