The head of State Security Service of Georgia Vakhtang Gomelauri alongside the members of Government of Georgia, attended civil funeral of Georgia soldier Vasil Kuldzhanishvili fallen in Afghanistan and expressed his condolences to the members of his family.

“First of all, I would like to express my deep condolences to his family and whole Georgia. I pay tribute to the heroes. It is very painful for our country to lose every single soldier” -stated Vakhtang Gomelauri.

First Class Private Vasil Kuljanishvili who served in the 43rd Battalion of IV Mechanized Brigade of the Georgian Armed Forces fell in action when performing the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan.
