The officers of the Anti - corruption Agency under State Security Service of Georgia, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained director of LEPL “Khelvatchauri landscaping, cleaning and municipal services” Davit Gh.

Investigation established, that the detainee promised a citizen who was responsible to carry out wastebin repair works in the framework of the agreement signed with Khelvachauri Municipality to accept the works in LEPL “Khelvatchauri landscaping, cleaning and municipal services” and in return demanded and received GEL 2500.

Investigation is carried out on the fact of commercial bribery. (Article 221, part IV, sub-paragraph “A”, which envisages from 4 to 6 years of imprisonment. Investigation is carried out by the Anti - corruption Agency under State Security Service of Georgia.
