Vakhtang Gomelauri, Head of State Security Service of Georgia held a meeting with Heike Peitsch, Ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany to Georgia.
The meeting was focused on partner and friendly relations between Georgia and Federal Republic of Germany. The parties underlined importance of existing cooperation in the spheres of security, law enforcement, etc. Talking points also included global and regional security issues, as well as challenges that Georgia and Federal Republic of Germany face.
During the meeting the parties also discussed means to further promotion and enhancement of mutual cooperation in the fields of combating terrorism and transnational crime.
