By the request of the State Security Service of Georgia, an unscheduled Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism Meeting (IPRM) was held in Ergneti. During the meeting, the representatives of the State Security Service of Georgia demanded from the meeting participants to transfer the deceased Archil Tatunashvili’s body from occupied Tskhinvali region in the shortest period of time, to give the opportunity to Georgian citizens -  Ioseb Pavliashvili and Levan Kutashvili who are in the occupied Akhalgori to move in the direction of  the Central Government-controlled territory and to conduct in-depth investigation into the fact that took place on 22 February.

Representatives of de-facto Tskhinvali stated that issue samples that have been taken from the body of the deceased Tatunashvili have been transferred to medical forensics bureau of Russia aiming at conducting thorough medical forensics and transfer of the deceased to the Central Government-controlled territory will be possible upon the receipt of the conclusion.

As regarding the issue of the detained Levan Kutashvili and Ioseb Pavliashvili, representatives of the de facto government stated that so-called investigation into the case of the deceased Archil Tatunashvili is ongoing and the mentioned persons won’t be given the opportunity to leave Akhalgori until the investigation is concluded.
