Hon. Ratu Inoke Kubuabola, the Minister for Defence and National Security of the Republic of Fiji, alongside other members of the delegation visited occupation line in Khurvaleti, Gori region.

The representatives of the Information-Analytical Department of the State Security Service of Georgia delivered comprehensive information to the members of Fiji delegation regarding the current situation in the occupied regions. Significant attention was directed to the challenges and problems, which come from  the occupied Tskhinvali region.

The representatives of the State Security Service of Georgia also discussed with the high level officials the illegal process of so called “Borderization” and problems,  that the local residents encounter on everyday basis due to barbed wires, fences and other artificial barriers.
