Head of the State Security Service of Georgia Commemorated the Fallen Officer of Special Forces, Ivane Golashvili

Head of the State Security Service of Georgia, Grigol Liluashvili alongside his deputies - Shengeli Pitskhelauri, Alexander Khojevanishvili and Giga Nikoleishvili, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Ioseb Chelidze, Deputy Minister of Justice, Alexander Tabatadze, Deputy Head of Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau, Aleksi Batiashvili, as well as senior officials and employees of the Service visited the tomb of the special forces officer Ivane Golashvili fallen in the course of the counter-terrorism special operation conducted on Beri Gabriel Salosi street due to the second anniversary of death-day of the fallen officer.

Grigol Liluashvili honored memory of the fallen officer and condoled to the family members.
The officer of the Special Forces of the State Security Service of Georgia, Ivane Golashvili fell in the course of the special counter-terrorism operation conducted against Akhmed Chataev and his group on November 21-22, 2017 in Tbilisi on Beri Gabriel Salosi Street. Four officers were also wounded in the course of the special operation.
