Head of State Security Service of Georgia, Grigol Liluashvili held meeting with a newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel, Ran Gidor. Parties discussed the current security situation in the world and the region.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted importance of friendly cooperation between Georgia and the State of Israel as well as the current cooperation between the relevant state agencies of the State of Israel and Georgia.

Grigol Liluashvili and Ran Gidor discussed the challenges that two countries face and outlined the future perspectives of enhancing cooperation.

Head of State Security Service of Georgia congratulated Ran Gidor on his appointment and wished him every success.
