The Head of State Security Service Delivered a Report of 2020 to the Parliament

 The head of the State Security Service, Grigol Liluashvili presented a Report of 2020 of the Service’s activities at the plenary session of the Parliament.

Grigol Liluashvili has summed up the activities of the Service carried out throughout the previous year and responded to the questions of the members of parliament.

The head of the State Security Service has highlighted basic threats and challenges which the country faced during 2020 and touched base about response measures the Service had conducted.

Occupation of the country, counterterrorism and counterintelligence activities, as well as fight against corruption were the key matters of the report.

The Parliament of Georgia has positively assessed the Report of 2020 of the Service.
