The officers of Anti-corruption Agency of the State Security Service, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, detained the head of Valuation Service of LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice on the fact of bribe-taking in large quantities.

Investigation established that the head of Valuation Service of National Bureau of Enforcement demanded and took USD 3 500 from a citizen as a bribe in exchange for suspension of enforcement of eviction process.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of bribe-taking in large quantities which envisages imprisonment from 7 to 11 years.

Investigation is carried out by the Anti-corruption Agency of the State Security Service.
