This is the result of the exceptional reception, which we saw here. I knew Mr. Gomelauri before, when he was the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia and had a chance to meet him. The prior meeting was exceptional and during today’s meeting we discussed the issues of regional security. As you may know, every issue that is linked to Georgia, is sensitive for us as well. We face common threats, common problems, thus, I was very glad to hear his attitudes on ongoing regional development. His evaluations were very interesting. We also agreed, that our cooperation will continue in the future. High-rank meetings, as well as meetings between relevant agencies will be held monthly to actively discuss ongoing developments” – stated Ambassador of Turkey to Georgia Zeki Levent Gümrükçü.
